Official Terms and Conditions: grandMA2 Light Giveaway
1. Organizer
This giveaway is organized and conducted solely by PA Audio-Dimitrios Peinirtzis, Poststrasse 2, 56427 Siershahn (pa_audio_germany). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook & Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Participants completely release Instagram from any and all liability regarding this giveaway. Any questions, comments, or complaints must be directed exclusively to the Organizer.
2. Eligibility and Territory
• Participation is open worldwide. The Organizer will cover standard shipping costs only for deliveries within Europe. Winners outside Europe are responsible for all shipping costs, insurance, customs duties, import VAT, taxes and any related fees.
• Participants under the age of 18 may participate only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Any prize awarded to a participant under 18 must be claimed by that parent or legal guardian.
• Employees of the Organizer, as well as their immediate family members and affiliates, are strictly excluded from participating.
3. How to Enter
To successfully enter the draw, the participant must complete the following actions on Instagram before the deadline:
1. Follow the official Instagram account: @pa_audio_germany
Each unique user receives exactly one (1) entry into the random drawing. Automated entries, entries via giveaway services, or manipulation of the comment section will lead to immediate disqualification.
4. Promotion Period and Deadline
The giveaway begins upon publication of the Facebook & Instagram post.
The strict closing deadline for all entries is 6 July of 2026, (6.7.2026) 23:59 CEST. Followers submitted after this deadline will not be considered.
5. The Prize
The prize consists of exactly one (1) grandMA2 Light console.
The condition of the console is: used in full working condition, without flightcase, incl. desk lights, dust cover
The prize is non-transferable. Cash alternatives, payouts, modifications, or exchanges of the prize are completely excluded.
6. Shipping, Insurance, and Customs Duties
• Costs Covered: The Organizer will fully cover the standard freight shipping costs and transport insurance to deliver the console safely to the winner’s residential address within Europe.
• Non-EU Customs and Taxes: If the winner resides in a non-European Union (EU) country—including but not limited to the United Kingdom (UK), Switzerland, Norway, or Iceland—the winner is solely and exclusively responsible for any local import VAT, customs duties, clearance fees, brokerage fees, or local import taxes. The Organizer will not cover or reimburse any import-related costs.
• Cooperation: The winner must cooperate fully with the shipping carrier to provide any necessary local customs or import documentation required for delivery.
• The Organizer is not responsible for shipping delays, customs delays, lost shipments caused by the carrier, force majeure events, strikes or events beyond the Organizer’s reasonable control.
7. Complete Exclusion of Warranties and Liability
• As-Is Provision: The grandMA2 Light is a piece of professional event equipment and is provided to the winner strictly “as is” and “where is”.
• Warranty Exclusion: The Organizer explicitly excludes any and all warranties (including statutory warranty/Gewährleistung), guarantees, or representations regarding the technical condition, future functionality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose of the equipment.
• No Support: No technical support, hardware maintenance, software updates, or user training are included with this prize.
• Liability Limit: Any liability of the Organizer for material defects, hidden faults, or subsequent technical failures of the console after successful delivery is completely excluded, except in cases of willful intent or gross negligence.
•The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify or terminate the giveaway at any time if circumstances beyond its reasonable control affect the proper administration of the promotion.
8. Winner Selection, Notification, and Verification
• The Draw: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible followers of the applicable PA Audio Instagram and/or Facebook account(s) at the time the giveaway ends.The Organizer will compile a list of all eligible participants, assign each participant a unique sequential number, and use a random number generator to determine the winning entry. The drawing process will be documented to ensure fairness and transparency. The Organizer reserves the right to verify the winner’s eligibility before awarding the prize. If the selected participant does not meet the eligibility requirements, a new winner will be drawn using the same procedure.
• Notification: The drawn user will be contacted exclusively via Instagram Direct Message (DM) from the official account @pa_audio_germany
• Verification Deadline: The winner must reply to the DM within 48 hours and provide valid, clear proof of identity and residence (e.g., a photo of a government-issued ID or utility bill with sensitive passport/account numbers blurred out).
• Forfeiture: If the winner fails to reply within 48 hours, cannot prove their age/residence, or declines the prize, they forfeit the win. In this event, the Organizer will automatically award the prize to the next pre-drawn substitute winner under the same verification terms.
9. Data Protection
By participating, you agree that your Instagram username may be published in the Organizer’s Instagram Stories if you win. The personal data requested from the winner (full name, shipping address, telephone number for freight) will be processed strictly and solely for the purpose of shipping and insuring the prize. All collected personal data will be permanently and securely deleted immediately after the delivery is completed.
•Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), where applicable.
10. Severability and Legal Recourse
The legal recourse (Der Rechtsweg) is strictly excluded. Should any individual provision of these Terms and Conditions be or become legally invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain entirely unaffected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid rule that closest matches the commercial and legal intent of the original provision
• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Germany.
• The Organizer’s decisions regarding the interpretation of these Terms and Conditions, the eligibility of participants, and the selection of the winner shall be final, except where prohibited by applicable law.
