Payment:

-PA Audio agree only the full payment in advance, or 50% in advance and 50% in cash by pick up if the customer is self-collector.

-The payment is strictly in Euro.

-All prices are net excl. 19% (German VAT) for german customer or any other EC customer without a valid VAT Ident number.

-All prices are excl. freight costs

-Import duty is not free of charge in case of an import for a customer.

-For customers from third countries (out of the EU),  PA Audio charges additional  the 19% of the german tax.  If PA Audio is responsible to organize the shipment and prepare the export declaration is no 19% VAT.

-All the equipment are in the property of PA Audio until PA Audio has receive the full amount.

Specification:

-All the informations about the products, age, hours, condition are not proved  of PA Audio, those are informations that PA Audio get from their suppliers and can not be guaranteed from PA Audio.
-PA Audio is responsible to provide all the products in 100% full technical condition. The age and hours, are not reasons for PA Audio to replace the equipment if they are in 100% full technical and working condition. 

-PA Audio provide serial numbers after your request.

 

Guarantee:

-PA Audio is not providing any guarantee, except the supplier is providing guarantee to his gear. The customer is free to asking for a guarantee previous the purchase is confirmed and fixed from PA Audio and the customer. PA Audio is after the purchase not obliged to provide a guarantee if this is not agreed previous the confirmation of the purchase.
In a different case the customer has a limit of 4 days after receiving to report the fault and the issue.

-All the new equipment are provided with the guarantee of the manufacture.

-In the case of guarantee the customer is responsible for freight and the freight costs to send to PA Audio the equipment back.

-The equipment which has been damaged during the shipment is PA Audio not responsible to provide any guarantee or to make any changes to the equipment.

Seller Terms and condition:

–The seller is providing to PA Audio 15% of commission on the final price.
-The seller should provide all the equipment in good optical and working condition, without any labels and free of any company tickets, clean, and serviced.
-The seller is responsible for the freight costs of the return of the goods if the condition does not match with the description.
-The seller is responsible to pay fully all the damages on the equipment and responsible to send to PA Audio spare part if this is necessary and to pay the freight costs for this.
-The seller should provide to PA Audio realistic informations, (hours,age,condition) and original pictures of his equipment.
-The seller should inform PA Audio of any changes of the condition of the equipment.
-The seller should inform PA Audio if the equipment is not still available.
